About
André Cavalcanti was born in 1991 in a large, tropical city in Brazil called Fortaleza, an area inhabited by nearly 2.7 million people and is considered a sister city to Miami, FL. In his early ages, André dedicated most of his time to creative handcrafting activities, such as drawing on a paper canvas with pencils and crayons, as well as transforming ordinary wardrobe drawers into building models with hand-drawn facades and furniture models from cardboard. In the prime of André’s academic years, he was accepted to a Scholarship Exchange Program in the United States for his Bachelor’s in Architecture & Urban Planning at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of roles in multinational companies and has been trusted with challenging degrees of responsibility. The goal here is to create a media portal to share messages that inspire self-reflection and positive change in our socio-cultural environment. Through art, Caval Artwork is dedicated to helping human consciousness evolve.
